If the food particles stick to the bottom and/or glass bowl’s sides, Fritaire lets you perform a self-cleaning.

1. Pour approximately 1 to 2 inches of water into the glass bowl. Do not let water reach rotisserie knobs.
2. Add a small amount of mild dishwashing liquid.
3. Place the lid on and plug into the electrical outlet.
4. Set temperature control to 400 F / 200 C and timer to 10 minutes.
5. Once the timer goes off, carefully open the lid and wait for the glass bowl to cool down before emptying the liquid inside.
6. Rinse the glass in clean warm water to remove the soap residue.

🎥 Glass Bowl Self - Cleaning

Warning: Do not immerse the top burner lid with controls, cord or plug in water or any other liquid. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Do not place the glass lid into the dish washer. Once unplugged from the power outlet, the surface of the glass lid can be carefully wiped clean using a damp cloth or sponge. All parts must be dry before next use. When storing your Fritaire always make sure ALL parts are DRY, to avoid any moisture collecting in the lid.

1. Add your food to the tumbler (e.g., fries, broccoli, or other rotisserie-ready items).
2. Insert the left side of the assembled spit or tumbler into the rotisserie shaft socket.
3. Place the right side into the hanger.
4. Attach the rotisserie motor to the side of the glass bowl to operate.
5. To remove the tumbler, turn off the motor and the equipment by pressing the power button.
6. Insert the rotisserie grabber beneath the rotisserie or tumbler shaft.
7. Lift the right side of the rotisserie grabber at a slight angle to clear the bracket.
8. Then shift to the right until the left side of the shaft slides out of the rotisserie shaft socket.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Maximum weight for the rotisserie is 1.5 lbs.

1. Force shaft lengthwise through the meat and center.
2. Slide forks onto the shafts from either end into meat, then lock in place with set screws.
3. Follow the indentation on the shaft for the set screws.
4. Adjust the screws closer to the middle, if needed, but never outward towards the end.
5. To insert the chicken into the glass bowl, simply insert the left side of the assembled spit into the rotisserie shaft socket.
6. Place the right side into the hanger.
7. Attach the rotisserie motor to operate.
8. To remove the rotisserie spit, turn off the motor and the equipment by pressing the power button.
9. Insert the rotisserie grabber beneath the rotisserie spit.

The motor powers the rotation of the Rotisserie Spit and Tumbling Basket, allowing food to cook evenly as it moves through the hot-air vortex.

It is located on the outside of the glass bowl, keeping all electrical components safely separated from food and heat. The motor operates on four AAA batteries, so there are no cords, plugs, or external connections required, making setup simple and rotation smooth throughout the cooking process.

Step 1: The Fritaire rotisserie motor attaches to the side with the flip down door. Once opened, 3 tabs will be visible; this is what the motor attaches to.

Step 2: Align the open slots on the motor onto the bowls tabs and this should be done at an angle.

Step 3: Once there is close contact, where the entire motor aligns to the bowl, simply twist down/counter clockwise to lock the motor into place

Note: The rotisserie motor operates on four (4) AAA batteries.

The Air Stand is an included accessory designed to elevate food inside the glass bowl for improved airflow and crispier cooking results. It’s perfect for foods like toast, pizza, vegetables, reheating leftovers, or anything you want lifted slightly closer to the heat source for more even browning.

How to Use It
1. Open the lid and place the Air Stand inside the glass bowl.
2. Add your food directly on top of the stand.
3. Close the lid securely.
4. Set your desired cooking temperature and timer or use one of the preset cooking functions.
5. Allow Fritaire to circulate hot air around the food for even cooking and crisping.

Helpful Tips
- The Air Stand helps maximize airflow underneath your food for crispier results.
- Avoid overcrowding the stand to allow proper air circulation.
- Always use heat-safe gloves when removing hot accessories after cooking.
- After cooking, you may place the lid sideways on its rear feet while serving or removing food avoid placing the heating element directly on countertops or fabric surfaces.

To get food items in and out of the tray, we recommend using a pair of tongs. When placing food into the tray, you can also use the tongs to carefully position it as well. Tongs provide a convenient and safe way to handle your food while using Fritaire.
