These French toast Roll ups are a MUST in your Fritaire Air fryer⁠

Recipe: ⁠
8 slices your favourite bread ⁠
1/3 cup unsalted butter (room temp)⁠
1/4 cup light brown sugar⁠
1/4 cup milk⁠
2 pcs eggs⁠
1 tsp vanilla extract ⁠
1/2 cup granulated sugar ⁠
2 tbsp cinnamon ⁠
to taste maple syrup ⁠
to taste fresh strawberries⁠

Method:⁠
Mix together the butter, light brown sugar and 1 tbsp cinnamon ⁠
cut the crust off your bread, roll it up flat and spread over the cinnamon butter , roll it up tightly. Whisk togheter the milk, eggs and vanilla extract. Dip the roll in the mix. ⁠

Airfry for 6 mins at 375F until golden brown. Mix together the granulated sugar with remaining cinnamon and coat the rolls in the mix. ⁠
Serve with maple syrup and fresh strawberries! ⁠
