Spice Salmon Bites in your Fritaire Airfryer

Recipe:⁠
2 units salmon fillet, skin removed⁠
2 tsp corn starch (or tapioca flour)⁠
4 tbsp cold water ⁠
for garnish Toasted sesame seeds ⁠
for garnish fresh chives ⁠
For the marinade ⁠
4 tbsp honey⁠
4 tbsp hoisin sauce ⁠
6 tbsp soy sauce ⁠
2 tbsp lime juice ⁠
2 tsp ginger paste ⁠
1 unit garlic clove, minced⁠
1 tsp chili flakes ⁠
1/2 tsp sea salt ⁠
1 tsp sesame oil⁠

Method:⁠
Cut the salmon into bite-size cubes. ⁠
In a medium bowl, mix together the marinade ingredients and then add the salmon ⁠
Let it marinade for at least 1/2 hour.
Air fry the salmon bites at 400F for 5-6 minutes, until slightly crisp ⁠
While the salmon is cookin, transfer the remaining marinade to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Dissolve the starch in the cold water and add it to the marinade ⁠
Simmer for few minutes, making sure to whisk continually until the sauce has tickened.
Remove the salmon from the air fryer and glaze it with the sauce ⁠
Drizzle the salom bites with chili flakes, chives and sesame seeds⁠.
