MUMMY BACON JALAPEÑO POPPERS⁠
A spooky, cheesy bite with a crispy twist 🧀🥓🌶️⁠

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱:⁠
▪️ 5 jalapeño peppers⁠
▪️ 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil⁠
▪️ 4 oz cream cheese, at room temperature⁠
▪️ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese⁠
▪️ 1 tsp garlic powder⁠
▪️ ½ small red onion, finely chopped⁠
▪️ ¼ tsp paprika⁠
▪️ Salt and pepper, to taste⁠
▪️ 5 strips bacon⁠
▪️ Black olives (for eyes)⁠
▪️ Ranch dressing, for serving⁠

𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:⁠
1. Wearing gloves, slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise and remove seeds and veins.⁠
2. Drizzle with olive oil and rub to coat evenly.⁠
3. Transfer to Fritaire and air fry at 400°F for 5 minutes to soften. Let cool.⁠
4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powder, onion, paprika, salt, and pepper.⁠
5. Spoon the filling into each jalapeño half.⁠
6. Slice bacon lengthwise and wrap around each popper, leaving space at the top for eyes.⁠
7. Air fry at 350°F for 8 minutes or until bacon is golden and filling is melted.⁠
8. Top each with two olive “eyes” and serve warm with ranch dressing.⁠
