French Fries

Recipe:⁠
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil ⁠
3 units russet potatoes, sliced into sticks⁠
1 tbsp potato starch⁠
1 tsp dried oregano⁠
1 tsp fine sea salt ⁠
1 tsp garlic powder ⁠
1 tsp onion powder⁠
lemon juice to taste chili flakes ⁠

Feta dip⁠:
3 oz crumbled feta ⁠
1 cup plain greek yogurt⁠
1 unit garlic clove, minced ⁠
1 tsp dried oregano⁠
2 sprigs fresh dill, chopped ⁠

Method: ⁠
Slice the potatoes into sticks ⁠
Place the potatoes in a large bowl and cover with hot water, let sit for 30 mins. Drain the potatoes and dry them off with a clean towel ⁠
Place the potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle them with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, potato starch, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder and chili flake ⁠
Toss to coat .

Place the potatoes in the french tumbler and air fry for 30-35 mins.

Meanwhile make the feta dip and blend all the ingredients together.

Remove the fries from the french tumbler and sprinkle them with crumbled feta, fresh dill and fresh oregano leaves.
Serve them with the feta dip ⁠
