Method:⁠
16 oz frozen squid rings (frozen, thaw before using)⁠
1/2 cup buttermilk*⁠
2 pcs eggs⁠
1/3 cup flour⁠
1/2 cup semolina or cornmeal⁠
1/2 tsp garlic powder⁠
a pinch salt ⁠
1 tsp dried oregano⁠
1/2 tsp sweet paprika⁠
1/4 tsp cayenne ⁠
1 cup panko breadcrumbs⁠
1/4 cup cooking oil spray⁠

Recipe: ⁠
Add the squid rings to the buttermilk and let it sit for at least 30 mins. ⁠
Combine the flour and the cornmeal (or the semolina) and season the mixture with salt, paprika, cayenne, dried oregano. ⁠
Beat the eggs and dip each ring in the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs ⁠
spray the rings with some oil and airfry for 8 mins at 400F ⁠
serve with marinara sauce. ⁠
