CORN RIBS with Creamy avocado dip

Recipe: ⁠
4 pcs corn cobs⁠
3 tbsp olive oil ⁠
2 tsp smoked paprika⁠
1/2 tsp garlic powder⁠
a pinch salt ⁠
1/2 tsp cumin⁠
a pinch pepper ⁠
1 pc avocado⁠
1/4 cup sour cream⁠
to taste chopped cilantro⁠
1/2 pc lime (juice)⁠

Method: ⁠
stand a cob vertically and cut it lengthwise ⁠
cut each corn cob half into quarters lengthwise and cut each piece in half, in a small bowl combin the olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. ⁠
Lay out the quartered cobs on a tray and brush evenly with the olive oil mixture to coat. ⁠
Place the corn ribs in your fritaire and cook for 10-12 mins at 400 F or until tender. Drizzle the corn ribs with some chopped cilantro and some lime jiuce and serve with avocado crema. ⁠

Avocado dip:
In a blender or food processor, blend the avocado and sour cream, and a pinch of salt until smooth .
