Recipe: ⁠

1 lb chicken thighs ⁠
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil ⁠
1/2 tsp garlic powder ⁠
1/2 tsp onion powder ⁠
1 tsp paprika ⁠
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper ⁠
Garlic butter ⁠
5 tbsp unsalted butter, softened ⁠
3 galic cloves, minced ⁠
1/3 cup grated parmesan ⁠
1 tsp pepper flakes ⁠
2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced ⁠
salt and pepper to taste ⁠

Method:⁠
Before you start, make sure to soak your wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes. ⁠
Preheat Fritaire to 400F ⁠
Slice the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces then combine in a bowl with the oil and seasoning. ⁠
Mix thoroughly until combined and marinate for at least 30 minutes. ⁠
Thread the chicken onto 4 skewers, ensuring they are tightly packed ⁠
Place the skewers in the Fritaire and cook for 10 minutes ⁠
Meanwhile in a meadium bowl combine the garlic butter ingredients, remove 1/3 of the butter and set aside. ⁠
Flip the skewers and brush them with 1/2 of the remaining garlic butter ⁠
Cook for 3 minutes and brush again with butter or until internal temperature reaches 165F. ⁠
Remove the skewers from Fritaire and brush with 1/3 of garlic butter (the clean, reserved butter). ⁠
Sprinkle the skewers with some extra parmesan and parsley and enjoy.⁠
