INGREDIENTS:⁠
3 or 4 medium russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced, 1/8-inch thick ⁠
1 cup of heavy cream⁠
1/2 cup of whole milk ⁠
2 tbsp of unsalted butter, melted⁠
2 tsp of thyme leaves ⁠
3/4 tsp of paprika ⁠
1/4 tsp of garlic powder ⁠
1/4 tsp of onion powder ⁠
1/4 tsp of freshly ground black pepper ⁠
1/2 tsp of fine sea salt ⁠
2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded⁠

RECIPE:⁠
1. Preheat the Fritaire to 176°C.⁠
2. Grease an 8-inch baking dish with butter. ⁠
3. Place heavy cream, whole milk, butter, thyme leaves, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, balck pepper and salt in a jug. Mix until combined. ⁠
4. Lay the potato slices in rows and sprinkle 3/4 of the cheese over the potatoes. ⁠
5. Pour the cream mixture over the top, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. ⁠
6. Remove the foil, top with the rest of the cheese and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes until golden brown. ⁠
7. Let the dish settle for abour 10 minutes and enjoy!⁠
